Launch of a new Aero-OM ® formulation by the Portuguese subsidiary
of the OM Pharma group

Lisbon, March 19th, 2009.

OM Pharma S.A. in Lisbon has launched the soft capsules of Aero-OM® containing 125 mg of the antiflatulent simeticone, as a line extension to the 40 mg tablet and the 100 mg/ml oral emulsion formulations.

The event took place on March 6th at the Physicians' Association House in Lisbon with the participation of more than 90 general practitioners from all over the country.

Aero-OM®'s active principle simeticone is characterized by remarquable antifoaming and cytoprotective effects leading to reduction of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract. This higher dosage in convenient soft capsule form brings a new solution of choice to both doctors and patients for all symptoms associated with the presence of excessive gastrointestinal gas, such as flatulence, abdominal discomfort and meteorism.
