Two senior directors appointed deputy managing directors at OM Pharma Geneva

Geneva 1st May 2009.

Mr Christophe Ricard, President of OM Pharma, announced today the appointment of Mr Philippe Meuwly, currently Director of Strategic Planning, Communication and Business Development, and Mr David Harar Kenzey, currently Chief Financial Officer as Joint Deputy Managing Directors of OM Pharma Geneva.

Mr. Christophe Ricard, President and CEO of OM Pharma Geneva, and Mr Winston Kenzey, Chief Administrator, have decided to pass on their executive responsibilities and will keep their positions in OM Pharma's Board of Directors in Geneva, Lisbon and Lima respectively as Chairman and Administrative Officer. Mr Philippe Meuwly and Mr David Harar Kenzey will also now be part of the Board of Directors of OM Pharma Lisbon and OM Pharma Lima.
