• at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD), Copenhagen-Malmö (Denmark-Sweden), September 14-17, 2006 in collaboration with Diapiride, to discuss the latest results obtained with Doxium® in diabetic retinopathy
• at the 9th Symposium of the Portuguese Association of Urology, Albufeira, October 5-7, 2006, to launch Mictonorm for the treatment of urinary incontinence with the participation of Pr Schanaz Alloussi (Germany) and Dr Paulo Vale (President)
• at the 27th Annual Meeting of the Portuguese Society of Clinical Allergy and Immunology (SPAIC), Lisbon, October 11-14, and at the 12th Congress of  Pneumology, December 8-10, 2006 to present the newest  information on the efficacy and safety of Broncho-Vaxom®
• at the 9th Scientific Meeting of the Portuguese Society of Menopause, Evora, October 14, 2006, to organize together with Theramex a pre-launch symposium of Femsete®Evo, a hormone replacement therapy, with the participation of  Dr John Stevenson (UK) and Dr Drazen Postruznick (Croatia)
• at the 33rd Brazilian Congress of Pneumology, Fortaleza, November 1-5, 2006, to highlight the therapeutic benefit of Broncho-Vaxom® in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases
• at the 18th World Congress of the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), November 4-11, 2006, to focus on Femsete®, a hormone replacement therapy and Mictonorm®, a medication for urinary incontinence
• at the annual meeting of the Portuguese Society of Ophthalmology (SPO), Evora, December 7-9, 2006, to discuss the efficacy and safety of Doxium® for diabetic retinopathy and Arteoptic®  for glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
